Rice leaf total RNA purification
Total RNA of Rice leaf samples (50mg fresh weight) were purified by iColumn. Followed by reverse-transcription to cDNA and performed the PCR reaction. Left part are the amplify results of housekeeping gene - Actin. Right part are the amplify results of target gene. Both sizes are correct and well amplified.
